About us
Piko helps families who live away from their parents. When you're in another city or country and your parents need someone with them, at the doctor's, the bank or at home, a verified Piko associate in their city goes in your place.
We started in Agartala, Tripura, because so many families from here now live in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and abroad, while their parents stay at home. Being far away shouldn't mean they manage alone.
What we do
- Doctor and hospital visits
- Errands and paperwork: banks, bills, pharmacies, government offices
- Home check-in visits
After every visit, you get photos and a short update on WhatsApp, so you know exactly how it went.
How we work
Every associate is police-verified and reference-checked. A local supervisor calls your parent before each visit, so they always know who's coming, and checks in afterwards. We don't provide medical care.
