Service delivery policy

Piko provides in-person services. We do not ship physical products.

Where

Services are delivered in person at your parent's home and the places the task requires, such as a clinic, bank or office, within Agartala, Tripura. For addresses just outside the city, we confirm before booking whether we can reach them.

When

Each visit takes place on the date and time confirmed on WhatsApp. If the associate is running late, we tell you and your parent. If a visit has to move, we agree a new time with you.

Confirmation of delivery

When a visit is done, you get a WhatsApp update with photos, a short note and any receipts. This update confirms the service was delivered, and the payment link follows.
