How we use it
- To arrange and carry out the visits you book, and to update you afterwards.
- To take payment and keep records we are required to keep by law.
- To handle complaints and improve the service.
- To contact you about your bookings. We will only send offers if you agree.
Who we share it with
- The associate and supervisor handling your visit, who see only what they need for that visit.
- Our payment provider, to process payments.
- Doctors, banks or offices, only as needed for the task you booked.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information. Photos from visits are sent only to you and are never posted publicly without your written permission.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as you use Piko and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Visit photos are deleted from our associates' phones after they are sent to you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
