When we reply

We reply to messages between 8 am and 9 pm IST, every day. During a booked visit, you can reach our supervisor on the same number at any time.

Complaints

If something went wrong on a visit, message us on WhatsApp or email us with the date of the visit. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 days.

In a medical emergency, call 112 or 108 first.
